1) Work in close partnership with top executives within the investment industry
2) Manage client and candidate portfolio
3) Identify and implement strategic methods to attract qualified candidates
4) Screen, interview and evaluate candidates
5) Evaluate client's requirements, products, market, organizational structure and culture to write position descriptions accordingly
6) Provide career development consulting and interview advice to candidates
7) Conduct offer negotiation according candidates current package, expected package and client's budget
Requirements:
1) Bachelor degree or above
2) Dual language (English and Mandarin)
3) Result-oriented and able to work with deadlines
4) High-energy team player who can be successful in a fast paced environment
5) Excellent interpersonal skills
6) Exceptional communication and influencing skills
7) Good Common sense and eager to learn
