Job Title: Senior Data Warehouse Engineer
Job Function:
We are looking for a dynamic senior and junior data warehouse engineers to dev
elop a new business analytic product. This is an exciting opportunity to join
a new growth initiative in the Big data and business analytics market.
The Data warehouse Developer will work closely with other members of developme
nt team and business analysts to deliver high quality business application for
business and c-level executives.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Design data models and ETL processes to deliver high quality information to th
e end user
Implement ETL flows using common ETL tools, SQL scripts and store procedures.
Translate business requirements into analytics algorithms and data flows
Education:
Bachelor degree or above with major in CS, CIS, MIS, Mathematics, Engineering
or related fields or have equivalent experience.
Experience:
Minimum of 3-year experience in developing data warehouse.
Knowledge and Skills
Strong data modeling skills
Excellent SQL capabilities
Fair knowledge of database administration
Extensive experience at least with one ETL tool
Good understanding of Database scalability techniques and Parallel ETL flows.
Good Java programming skills
Good understanding of data warehouse life cycle.
Have excellent trouble-shooting and problem-solving skills.
Strong written, verbal and comprehension skills of English are required.
