Job description
• Carry out all Smart card IC development activities in the field of digital design
• Generate RTL coding in Verilog and VHDL according specification and DFT requirement
• Write synthesis scripts and perform the logic synthesis and timing analysis
• Write test patterns and perform simulation and regression, and write block descriptions and verification and validation reports
• DFT implementation and verification include BSCAN(JTAG)/MBIST/ATPG
• Perform backend digital design (logic synthesis, formal check, define design constraints for place & route, perform timing closure, DFT)
• Generate and debug test patterns for product test program development and help to do the debug
• Work closely with bench validation and characterization team to support successful product release
Desired Skills and Experience
• Minimum of 3 years (5 years for BSEE) experience for digital design with Bachelor or Master Degree;
• Familiar with Cadence front-end design tools: NC-Sim, RTL Compiler, Conformal, etc
• Familiar with 80C51 and ARM based CPU architecture, and microcontrollers programming and application
• Creative thinker with helicopter view, capable of finding an appropriate solution to complex problems
• Team player, able to work in a cross-functional-team environment

Job description:
1. Analog leader or manager on the HF/UHF RFID product line, even NFC or 802.11ah.
2. Lead the analog team and organize parallel multi-tasks effectively.
3. Write Design SPEC and conduct feasibility research for 13.56MHz/ Sub-1GHz products
4. Design competitive low power analog IP used in HF/UHF/NFC product line.
5. Work closely with design validation and characterization team to support successful product release.
6. Brainstorm with the most outstanding team in the RFID industry.

Desired Skills and Experience:
1. Minimum of 3 years (5 years for BSEE) experience for analog design with Bachelor or Master Degree;
2. Familiar with EDA tools: Hspice, Spectre, HSIM/Finesim, Calibre, etc.
3. Deep knowledge of analog circuit design, such as Bandgap,LDO,ADC,PLL, Charge pump, I/O, etc.
4. Familiar with ISO14443, ISO15693 or ISO18000-6C is a plus.
5. Creative thinker with helicopter view, capable of finding an appropriate solution to complex problems.
6. Self-driven and proactive.
7. Team player, able to work in a cross-functional-team environment.
