Main Functions and Responsibilities:
• Procurement PO/contract filing properly
• Procurement PO/contract information recording in excel form or system
• Procurement payment status follow up and documents collection
• Supplier contact for supplier qualifications and background information, etc.
• Supplier qualification and approval documents filing
• Procurement data download and analysis
• Market/products information search and collection
• Other supportive work for procurement team


Qualification:
• Bachelor/Master degree university student,economy,business management,logistics and related major is preferred
• Logic thinking and precise working habitude
• Relative internship experience for document treatment, filing for procurement, etc.
• Good skills in Microsoft Office, particularly in Excel
• Good at English in writing and reading
• Good character and able to work independently
工作地点：2号线张江高科 步行10分钟之内

1、实习工资100/天，每周要求出勤3-5个工作日
2、职位暂时没有留任机会，Prefer大三or研一，研二的同学，大四如保研请注明“已保研”。
