HR Intern


Job responsibilities:

        Inputting CVs or other related data to our recruitment system
        Helping recruiters to arrange interviews
        Keying in data and preparing searching lists
        Posting jobs on line and screening CV
        Conducting tele-interviews
        Coordinating with hiring managers and track the whole interview process
        Supporting campus recruiting project
        Other HR related assignments by recruiters

Requirements:
        At least bachelor degree (Grade 3 undergraduate or Grade 2 Graduate), can be the full-time employee after graduation If the performance is good
        Can work at least 6 months and be able to work 2/3 days a week
        Fluent English, both oral and written
        Good excel skills
        Easy-going, responsible, quick-learner, diligent and hard working
