Time %Summary of Major Duties:
1.25%DME process, tracking and reporting
Develop and update China DME process according to business and finance request
Co-train marketing members for the HSY China DME process with Finance counterpart
Track all the DME accrual and reimbursement on a monthly basis and develop monthly DME report;  Provide monthly DME forecast and achieve the  forecast accuracy target
2.10%SG&A tracking and reporting
Develop annual department SG&A plan
Track all the SG&A accrual and reimbursement on a monthly basis and develop monthly SG&A report;  Provide monthly SG&A forecast and achieve the  forecast accuracy target
3.50%National  Promotion Events Coordinate
Assist Marketing team work with outside agency in coordinating consumer sampling events, eg school sampling, sampling roadshow execution
Coordinate with sales team or outside vendor in the POSM materials arrangement and transportation
Assist in preparing necessary presentation materials
4.5%Office sample management
5.10%Other projects/tasks assigned by Brand Owner
