Now Flamingo Shanghai 创明鸟商务咨询（上海）有限公司 is hiring an long-standing intern(non-full time employee) who will be a helper on Admin/HR role.
Job Description:  
-      Assist Office Manager in Expatriates work visa application
-      Office Space coordination
-      Support Office Manager to organise company activities
-      Stationery order and stock management assistance
-      Purchase office food and necessities if needed.
-      Other HR/Admin tasks assigned by Office Manager.

Requirements：
-        Excellent English skill in both written and spoken is a must.
-        Proficiency in the use of office softwares. (Being skill at using Macbook is a preferred)
-        Must be able to work three days or above a week for a minimum 6 month commitment, with potential for extension to 1 year
-        First/second/Third year graduate student with a Bachelor degree (Major in English is preferred)
Day rate: RMB 100-120
Work time: 9:30am-6:30pm
