Marketing Assistant

Working location: Shanghai
Starting time:  in one month

Job Responsibilities：
- Organize monthly party in bars or hotels, contact and negotiate business terms with the venue, draft the marketing ad. or invitation letter in English, promote the event on lifestyle websites and communities, coordinate with some event suppliers, registration management etc.
- Sourcing and cooperate with Traveling agencies to organize traveling/ team building programs (probably weekly and on China traditional holidays), draft the marketing ad. or invitation letter in English, promote on websites and communities, travel with customers as team leader, manage travel agencies to offer good service up to SC’s standards, writing traveling articles etc.
- Other tasks as needed, for example, editing Shanghai Connector’s Newsletter, editing English summary report for corporate customers.

Requirements：
- College degree or above
- Good command of standard written English, enjoy writing articles
- Oral Chinese ability will be a plus
- Team player, also can work independently
- Out-going, strong communication ability
- High degree of creativity, energy, enthusiasm
- enjoy working in a starting enterprise and have entrepreneurial spirit
- Strong passion for Marketing and PR events organization
- Experience in event organization will be a plus

Skills:
- good command of micro software: PPT, excel, word etc.
- can apply Photoshop or other tools to do some basic graphic design.
