岗位职责
热情接待所有来访和离开的客人
Smile and warmly greet all entering and departing guests
根据顾客需求制定训练计划
Designs fitness training programs according to the guest needs
向健身顾客用英文清楚而礼貌地讲解锻炼规则，演示器械使用方法
Enforces regulations: explains club policy in clear, polite English and
gives basic equipment orientation
确保客户培训及活动方案的更新，且有条理
Keeps client training and programs records up to date and organized
对健身顾客热身、设备使用及健身房和舞蹈室内所有活动进行指导，同
时照顾到多位健身顾客
Directs all phases of gym and studio operations, monitors and
supervises multiple guests using the gym
关注顾客需求，随时提供服务，建立良好客户关系
Be visible and accessible to guests, builds up relationships with
guests
构思、制定和实施健身房内部活动计划
Conceives, plans and implements internal gym activities and
programs
保证跑步机和其它锻炼器材安全使用
Safekeeps treadmills and other exercise equipments
清理、消毒、整理客人使用过的器材
Cleans and disinfects equipment padding after guest use
清洁，润滑和维修器材
Cleans, lubricates and maintains equipment
每日、每周向经理/主管汇报工作
Keeps supervisor / manager updated on a weekly and daily basis
检查和解决活动过程中出现的所有问题
Troubleshoots and solves problems as they arise before, during and
after an activity
与活动组织部门合作，确保每项活动顺利进行。联系邀请顾客参加活动
并要求反馈意见
Works with activity department to ensure each activity is promoted.
Contacts guests and invite them to join activities and request
feedback
岗位要求
高中及以上学历
High school or above
体育或保健专业
Major in physical education or related health science
1 年以上服务行业工作经验
1 year and above of hospitality experience in service industry
心肺复苏和急救证书
CPR and first aid certification
健身房或私人教练证书
Gym instructor or personal trainer certification
具有基础医学知识
Basic medical background
良好的服务意识
Good service spirit
良好的团队意识
Good team spirit
制定和实施计划的能力
Ability to establish and implement plans
有创新意识
自我学习能力及进取能力
能传递知识和技巧
普通话发音标准
Good Mandarin pronunciation
