2011年8月公司在东京成立。我们提供对企业提供私募投资，管理咨询以及派遣管理人才的专业服务。我们公司是一个集合了高盛，宝洁，麦肯锡，波士顿咨询等年轻专业人才的团队。现在人员超过40名，并且在东京、上海、新加坡、曼谷、香港成立了分公司。
我们的目的是，通过企业投资和派遣管理人才，跟对外提供更多亚洲的优质产品和服务。在中国，已经投资数家公司。例如，早教机构，寿司等餐饮业，偶像和时尚等娱乐业，除此以外还有各种服务业、零售业。


   Yamato Capital Partners Inc. was established in Aug 2011 in Japan. Currently our headquarter, YCP Holdings Limited, is located in Hong Kong. We provide professional services as a private equity, as well as a management consulting firm. Backgrounds of our employees range from strategic planning and investment to execution (hands-on), and we are all gathered from globally renowned professional firms such as Goldman Sachs, P&G, McKinsey, BCG.
Our vision is to support Asian companies to expand their businesses all over the world, through providing finance and human resources support. In Greater China, we already invested in several companies from different industries such as education, entertainment, retail and service.


To expand the business successfully in Greater China, we now offer several positions as below.


工作职责】
-全程负责投资的早教项目的商业拓展，包括加盟商支持、新店与课程开发、市场及运营
-协助团队参与项目各部门的规划和日常管理
-领导一个团队、参与到客户的团队中担任重要职位
-独立承担咨询与研究项目


【职位要求】
- 每周保证4~5天实习时间，能长期实习者优先（至少3个月）
- 对早教行业有热情，具有强烈的责任感
- 抗压能力强，能够承受高强度工作
- 熟练使用Microsoft Office等办公软件
- 有相关经验者优先
- 工资待遇：15RMB/小时 （全职 3000RMB/月）
