What you’ll achieve
As a Software Engineer, you will be responsible for developing sophisticated systems and software basis the customer’s business goals, needs and general business environment creating software solutions.
You will:

- Software design and development for software defined and cloud based storage system and applications

- Teamwork to build a world class product for a new strategy of Dell Technologies

- In coordination with the local manager and the global teams to accomplish product development and life cycle management

- Reports status, highlights issues and concerns

Essential Requirements

- University degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Electrical Engineering, or similar background，1-5 years of industry experience in system level or application software design and development，Solid knowledge of data structure and operating system

- Practical experience using C/C++ or JAVA or Python, with strong coding and design skills

- Strong working knowledge of technical English, including ability to freely converse and exchange thoughts

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills



Desirable Requirements

- Passion and demonstrated ability to analyze and solve technical problems， Ability to ramp up quickly on SW/HW architectures, and work as a self-starter， Strong Linux programming and debugging skills, and expertise with debugging tools like gdb

- Knowledge of network and/or storage fundamental，Knowledge of public/private cloud e.g. AWS/Azure/GCP/VMware, and/or container e.g. Docker and Kubernetes，Understanding of DevOps methodology and process e.g. various automation tools for developing CI/CD pipelines， Experience with contemporary software engineering principles, software development life cycle e.g. Agile as development model and being part of a scrum team
