各位同学好，我们是一家进入中国已经有26年历史的澳洲房地产公司， Lend Lease。目前在为一个在沪养老地产项目招聘1个实习生，有机会转正。
Position Purpose职能
The Business Development Intern will support the development and implementation of the business development process and tasks. He /she will primary work to analyze industry dynamic and competition landscape to identify development opportunities by collecting, analysing market/industry data, and to assist in coordinating on the process for various projects.

Principal Accountabilities
• To collect market and competitive intelligence data and information internally and externally through various information sources; analyse and conduct benchmarking analysis.
• Regularly track and update the trend of macro-environment (such as policy), city benchmarking, Senior Living comparable, residential/commercial land benchmarking, and key competitors’ movement, etc.


Required Qualifications
• Can work more than 3 days per week.
• Curious and eager to learn business knowledge.
• Fluent in both Chinese and English. Be Capable of developing reports and presentation in English.
• Strong data analysis mindset and business sense; solid Excel skills.
• Preferred intern experience in market research or consulting company
